On arrival, you will be asked to leave a deposit of 1500 € in cash to cover any possible damage to the property. It will be returned on departure minus any deductions for breakages or other damage.

This rental agreement will be considered definitive on receipt by mail of:

- A copy of this contract, dated and signed with the phrase « Read and approved»

- A deposit of …………..  € (50% of rental rate) paid by bank transfer (cf IBAN)

Any cancellations must be made in writing via registered post.
